Dear Parent or Guardian:

We invite you and your high school students to join us in the cafeteria to complete all necessary paperwork for the upcoming 2010-2011 school year.

Stations will be set up to handle the following areas requiring paperwork:

• Parking decals and entry times
• Emergency care cards (Students in Band or ROTC will need to fill out two)
• Student information sheets
• Lockers
• School insurance forms
• Information concerning school elections, dress code, FCAT, Bright Futures, etc.
• Yearbooks
• Information from class sponsors, including year long timelines
• Student schedules

Notaries will be available, so please remember to bring proper identification.

If you wish to discuss a schedule change with your guidance counselor, you may make an appointment at that time.
